All properties within the testing area have been written to. If you have not received a letter, then your property is not within the testing area so you are not affected.

Persimmon Homes’ technical team, working with Herefordshire Council, have defined the current testing area beyond where they think the pollutants could be spreading to – meaning that the boundaries have been extended to be highly cautious.

The technical team, including experts from Herefordshire Council, do not currently feel that there is a risk of pollutants migrating outside the testing area.

However, if testing shows that pollutants may appear beyond this testing area, we will notify any affected residents straight away.
