We have been awarded HBF 5-star status for the third year running.
Five-star status is only awarded to house builders where over 90 per cent of customers would recommend them to friends and family.
We’re proud the improvements we’ve made in build quality and customer service are being reflected in how customers feel about their new home and home buying journey.
Over the last three years , we have seen both our customer satisfaction survey and Trust pilot scores improe but we’re determined to continue going above and beyond for customers buying their new home.
New Homes Quality Code
We are registered to the New Homes Quality Board, covered by the New Homes Ombudsman Service. This provides a free and independent resolution service for customers who might encounter any issues during the buying and moving-in process.
Affordable quality homes for local people
- In 2023, we delivered 9,922 homes across England, Scotland and Wales.
- Our average selling price in 2023 was £255,752 – over 20% lower than the national average.
- We transferred 2,402 new homes to housing associations in 2023.
Independent quality scores
Over 90% of customers world recommend us to a friend or family. Our current Trustpilot score is 4.4/5 as of June 2024.
Investing in communities
Our Community Champions initiative is open to all local charities, clubs and community groups seeking new funding with winners awarded between £1,000 and £6,000 every quarter.
In 2023 through Community Champions we donated c.£734,000 to 384 charities, sports clubs and local community groups across the UK.
We encourage any such local organisation seeking new funding to apply via the Community Champions website.
