Community Benefits

The wider scheme will deliver:

• £7,491,738 to fund the construction of new primary school or the construction of a new primary school.
• £1,710,000 towards existing facilities or construction of a new health centre.
• £525,000 contribution towards bus service to serve the development.
• Construction of a new community hall with a badminton court.
• Sports facilities including adult and junior football, cricket and rugby pitches. Including changing rooms and a sports pavilion.
• Natural and semi-natural green space comprising amenity space to include pocket parks, 4 tennis courts, SUDs and multi-use games area.
• Construction of a local equipped areas for play (LEAP) and one neighbourhood equipped area for play (NEAP).
• Allotment land.
