You are invited to share your views on plans prepared by Persimmon Homes Nottingham for the initial phase of development at Fernwood, Newark.

The site allocation under policy NAP 2C benefits from outline permission for up to 1800 houses including local centre, community uses and a primary school with nursery.

The phase one reserved matters application seeks  approval for c430 dwellings with associated infrastructure including SuDs, public open space, formal sports pitch provision, changing facilities with parking and allotments alongside highway improvements.

This website has been created to present details of the proposed development and to provide you with the opportunity to give feedback. Feedback is welcome until 9^th September after that time an application will be submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council.
